1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment via our secure payment provider (Stripe). Prices are displayed in EUR. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. Cancellation can be done via the link provided in your confirmation email.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

3. Departure Changes & Cancellations by Operator

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule departures due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically, and you will be notified by email.

4. Boarding

Passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refund will be provided for missed departures.

A valid booking ticket (QR code) must be presented when boarding.

5. Passengers & Safety

All minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The person making the booking confirms they are at least 18 years of age.

Passengers must follow all safety instructions given by the crew. The captain reserves the right to refuse boarding or disembark any passenger whose behavior endangers the safety of others.

6. Liability

Personal belongings are the responsibility of the passenger. The operator is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal items during the tour.
